Weber 758001 22-1/2-Inch One-Touch Gold Charcoal Grill, Blue

As the grill arrived the lid was already damaged. We put it together on a holiday, too, and were really disappointed not to be able to use it. We called customer service and they were exceptional. We could use the grill anyways and we would receive the substitute in 2-3 days. Really great. All went as promised and predicted. The grill is awesome, beautiful to look at, easy to clean and to put together. It is A LOT OT FUN to work with it.

Had my last Weber charcoal grill for 34 years. I expect to have this one just as long. The ash catcher is very convenient and works well in collecting the ash.

I bought it for my husband,
it is different then other grill which is you can buy $50 at the store.

We love charcoal grilling...there is nothing like it. The only issue I have is that I wish that Weber would make this bigger. We love the kettle style and the way it cooks but it is really small. Still it is ideal for a small family and we love ours...the looks is fantastic. Love the mediterranean blue color.

I had to have my original item shipped back because of significant scratches/dings on the lid, which would have definitely rusted over time.
When I received the 2nd/replacement shipment, there were no scratches, however the lid did not fit snug and tight.
I didn't bother shipping the 2nd item I received back to you.
I can deal with the lid being a little bit loose, but these items were posted as "Brand New" and I'm not sure that these really are new.
My guess is that these may be factory blemished items.
