20 lb Weber Tank Adapter
The adapter works great!! The hose hooks up quick and has a perfect length when using the Weber stand. I have never had any of the issues described in the other reviews concerning low flame or hard to light problems.

Alternative Hose for better Price
I bought the Charbroil Model#4623 46" adapter hose from Home Depot for $17 (also at Lowe's @ same price). It is the same hose as Weber but much cheaper. I matched both hoses together and both were identical down to the tags and warnings, the only difference was the packaging and price. The hose works well with 20 lb LP tanks and last way longer than the 14.1oz tanks.

Great product, but be careful!
I bought this adapter hose about a year ago, and it works great so long as you follow the rather tedious instructions on how to turn the gas on. After this year of using the hose, animals ate through the hose. I assume that enough grease built up to make it delicious, but it could also be the plants my girlfriend put on the upper deck, which gives the critters another reason to come up there and dig around. My advice is to buy this product, but continue to be vigilant about those sneaky critters. I'm buying a second hose today, but I still think I have saved money and a LOT of hassle. To give you an idea of the use this hose gets, we use the Weber Q two-three times per week when it's just the two of us.

It keeps on going, and going...
What a life-saver...
It's been over a year since I bought this hose and I'm on the same large propane tank!! I fire up the grill several times a week and I'm wondering when I'll run out of propane. It's so much nicer than having to buy those small bottles!

not very useful and vendor charges 15% restocking. BUYER BEWARE
Most Weber grills come with an LP tank with a quick release collar on the tank. This product requires a threaded collar, so it is basically worthless. But, Hometown Hearth and Grill a.k.a. Suburban Propane charges a 15% restocking fee. This fee is not disclosed at all during the time of purchase. Don't use this vendor
