Zagrill is zabest
This is an excellent addition to both the outdoor and indoor kitchen. Zagrill makes a great pizza on the grill, is easy to use, and clean up. The pizza cooks up evenly, and the crust comes out crisp, the toppings and cheese evenly cooked, and the crust does not tend to fall through the grill racks as it had before on me. Regulating the temperature on the grill posed a little challenge, by using the outside burners, as opposed to the burner directly under Zagrill, I was able to keep the temp at an even 350F. When I use this in the oven, I use the Zagrill one level below center position in the oven, and have had many great pizzas, stuffed breads, and calzones.

Za Greatest
Za Grill makes great pizza. The big secret is that just using the bottom part and closing the gas grill you can bake almost anything! We bake quiche, pies, chicken etc. and don't have to heat up the house! We have 2 Za Grills so we can cook 2 pizzas at once or larger quantities of other food.

Love it!
It works very very well, my only problem was that I only ordered one! Great to use my gas grill and not add heat to my kitchen in the middle of summer. Highly recommended for gas grill users.

Zagrill is zee bezt
I can only hope you try this product for yourself it does a fantastic job on pizza. I was a little worried to use it with my grill as I only have a basic Charbroiler nothing fancy but this little product works as described a trade that is becoming rare these days. On my first try the crust and chesse were done to perfection. I then got creative and placed some wood chips on the heat plate and my next pie tasted as though it was baked in a brick oven using wood to heat. Mama mia I am I happy. It also did a wonderful job on sliced egg-plant and portabellos, but the biggest surprise was a half chicken I baked on it. I place a split beer can on the bottom a half chicken on top w/ a little seasoning and holy cow that bird was tastey and tender. You'll have to expermint on your own with this little marvel of science, but I do not think you'll be unhappy.
