Great product but tray is very small and shallow
The only aspect of the product that I am not pleased with is the very small, shallow tray. If you are going to use this item, you must sit it inside a deeper dish/pan or you will have a mess as the tray is too shallow to hold the chicken drippings/juices.

Beer Can Chicken holder
Well made, but not idiot proof to clean. Dishwasher gets off 80% of the gook; you do the rest. Produces great tasting chicken. Overall, worth the money.

It can't get easier than this!
This has to be the best chicken rack out there. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and pretty to boot. I gave this to my husband with the cookbook, **Beer-Can Chicken: And 74 Other Offbeat Recipes for the Grill** (http://www.amazon.com/Beer-Can-Chicken-Other-Offbeat-Recipes/dp/0761120165/ref=pd_bxgy_ol_img_b/105-3317259-8297264) and it's been terrific recipe after terrific recipe ever since. You CANNOT make chicken this good in the kitchen--it's better than any rotisserie, better than any baked chicken --ever--. You've got to try this--you won't be sorry!

Best Chicken Rack Available
This is a quality product, made of nice, heavy stainless steel. I made my first barbecue chicken on my Weber charcoal grill. It took about 1 hour 15 minutes and was gorgeous. This rack was plenty stable and cleanup was not a problem (I did not even need steel wool). What I like BEST about this rack is the tray. It catches all of the drippings, and you can make wonderful gravy with them, particularly if you have used a spicy rub on your chicken.

Beer can chicken rack
I bought this item for my husband, when it arrived in the mail the box looked small, but he opened it and we checked it out. The weekend came and he made beer chicken, and he has since bbq 6 chickens. He wants me to cook a beer can chicken in the oven, I like the idea but I'm not sure how to cook one in the oven. The grease and all, sounds like a mess..but I'll see what happens.
