Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue SR8025 Signature Stainless Steel Skewers, Set of 6 (3/8-inch Wide)

I purchased these skewers because I was sick and tired of using round skewers that made my food spin round and round. These skewers stayed flat and the food cooked evenly on both sides. I feel like a real chef when I use them! I am so sorry that I hadn't found these earlier in the season. I have used them constantly since purchasing them! Thank you Steven for such a quality product!

Just what you need for Turkish style kebabs and vegetables that would otherwise be hard to handle on the grill. The flat design means no rolling around and the food is held better than with the cheap round skewers. However, you need barbecue gloves to handle these safely.

Great Skewers. Veggies and meat do not slide around on the skewer. Easy to turn. Would love to have some more for parties.

THE 3/8-INCH WIDE STAINLESS STEEL SKEWERS ARE VERY NICE AND LOOK LIKE THEY WILL BE GREAT, THOUGH WE HAVEN'T YET TRIED THEM.

Hard to find these wider skewers at local BBQ stores. Most people do not know what you are talking about when you describe them. They are much better for meat because the meat does not "turn" like on the thinner skewers. Makes shish kebabs easier to handle on the grill.
