Weber 3821001 Spirit E-310 Natural Gas Grill, Black

Excellent product, high quality. Assembled in about one hour. Needed help with NG hookup but it went well.

I've had this grill for two months now and have no complaints. I was worried that the natural gas version would not get hot enough. On the contrary, I have to turn the temperature controls lower than the recommended settings. Cooks very evenly over the entire grill. Ready to cook in 5 minutes or less. The instructions were not very clear and it took over an hour to assemble. Once you fire it up though you won't be dissatisfied.

It works fine but shoddy workmanship was evident.

One of the stainless steel in front droops a quarter inch from it's mate when closed - looks cheap. Also the back panel holes didn't line up and had to be enlarged with a Dremel grinder to install. The holes in the washers that go with sheet metal screw were too small and had to be tweaked to fit. There was a ripple (bent) in the side panel that was fairly minor but had to be coaxed to get holes to line up. The friction fit "hub" that hammers on the end of the axle to hold the wheel on goes on crooked if your lucky enough to get it on at all as the metal part shifts inside its plastic trim piece. Watch out you don't smash your finger or the piece goes bonging off . They give you an extra one but it's a poor system.

Delivered in one big box. Parts all well labeled. I'm not a do-it-yourself guy but I assembled it in an hour. I was in no hurry. Grill heats very quickly and gets to a higher temperature than the one I replaced. Paid $80 less than I could find anywhere else.

What a great way to shop. No sales tax, no shipping fee and the grill was easy to assemble and is very efficient. We are not huge grill people but want to be able to BBQ on the weekends or to have a steak, or tenderloin with ease. This grill is perfect. I anticipate it will be durable, Weber's reputation, and is sturdy and well constructed. We love the Natural gas line by our pool!!
