Weber 3811001 Spirit E-210 Natural Gas Grill, Black

This was a replacement for an older model Char-broil. Purchased this model based on it's small footprint as space is limited, good reviews and low price. Overall happy with purchase after a few adjustments.

Pros:
Small size (a must for apartment dwelling)
Heats fast
Easy to adjust size (left side work space can be removed)
Reliable
Inexpensive
Propane tank holder much more user friendly than Char-broil

Cons:
Right surface contains control knobs and cannot be used for work surface (would have made more sense to put knobs on front, maybe this was done for safety reasons)
Knobs, handle and right work surface get quite hot while in use
Grates are stamped metal with an enamel porcelain finish (do not retain heat at all, but can be upgraded to enameled iron or steel at an additional cost of $49.99, eventually had to upgrade)

Would definately recommend, as nothing is perfect upon purchase without a few personal adjustments.

I am very happy with my grill. I was actually unable to find a natural gas grill in my area. The best thing about it is that you can turn it down and cook at a low temperature. It is often windy in the area where the grill is located. When I tried to turn down my old grill the wind would blow it out. This one stays lit at a low temperature. I am very happy with it.

Excellent product. It cooks great and I love the thermometer, the pan for catching dripping, and the instant ignition. I would recommend this product to everyone.

This one is the natural gas model but I would assume that the propane model is similar.

Was looking for a smaller natural gas grill for a limited-space deck and this unit worked out the best.

The assembly instructions were easy to follow and complete (assistance was needed to join the top and bottom halves).

If permanently kept outdoors, I recommend getting a grill cover soon after assembly and hooking up to the gas line.

I advise getting a service professional who knows the state/national code to connect the natural gas.

The grill heats up quickly and well-distributed.

This grill is a high quality entry level grill. As such it doesn't afford a great deal of flexibility in cooking. No complaints otherwise.
