Weber 3780001 Genesis S-320 Propane Gas Grill, Stainless Steel

I researched long and hard for a grill. I checked Consumer magazines, read reviews and testimonials, and visited local retailers as well as the big box stores. But I decided to go for it and I couldn't be happier. Delivery was a breeze. While I was putting it together, (which only took a couple of hours) I was impressed with the way it was engineered and the quality of the components. Any doubt I may have had was completely eliminated after cooking on it. Everything turned out perfect. I am also very impressed with the availability of parts and accessories. I ordered the handle light and the smoker box and both work very well. Only thing I am not too happy about is that the knobs are located on the side tray. Please, Weber, put them on the front so we can use the side tray. Either that, or give us some folding trays like some of the older models. Other than that, it is a great product.

OMG I had no idea grills had so many parts. Assembly took a while, but the guide was well-illustrated and easy to follow. The grill is fantastic, and heats up rapidly. Be aware that the most prominent markings on the thermometer are centigrade, not farenheit. I seared my first meat more rapidly than planned. I would like to see the grill come with enclosed or braided steel gas line since a squirrel finished off himself and my last grill by chewing through the line. replacement should be easy, though.

An excellent performing grill with very even cooking. The only thing I miss is the fold-down side tables on their previous models. They could've worked them in the design and I would have gladly pay extra for them. Otherwise, a fine choice with plenty of cooking area and well-controlled heat.

We love our new grill...It is great, but getting it was not a picnic...It was delivered, unassembled across the street and left with a huge skid at our neighbors house...We had to assemble it, and it came WITHOUT a propane tank...If you are looking to save some aggravation and a little money, this might night be the best option....Love the grill, did not like the process...

The Weber grill really looks good and preforms well. It does not take long to preheat and the temperture is accurate. Food cooks evenly, with very little flare ups. It is solid in construction. I just wish this model had the fold up side tables like a similar model, that would add needed space when you have several items you are cooking. The side burner works well also. would by this item again.
