Weber 586002 Q 320 Portable Outdoor Gas Grill

For lots of detail look at the other reviews above. Three things are especially pleasing about this grill (besides the price):

1. The cast iron grates are better to cook on and clean than welded stainless steel or enamel.

2. The burner layout makes controlled cooking a breeze (one outside ring burner and a burner in the middle). Use both for faster cooking, searing, heat-up, etc.

3. The compact size is fantastic, with fold-down side shelves, and still enough cooking area to handle a houseful.

All that and a great Weber design make this a real winner.

After reviewing many grills, we opted for this one even though it was more expensive because we felt the quality would be better. The grill is exactly what we expected. Great quality, easy lighting system, small footprint with dropdown shelves. Needs very little heat (gas) to keep temperature up.

The Q320 is my third Weber and it is by far the best ever. I really like the cast iron grill above the gas burners. It gets hot so fast and puts great marks on everything. It is just the best grill ever.

gas manifold was broken on arrival, took me three weeks to get correct replacement from factory. Once repaired worked fine although there appears to be little graduation in heat settings - it's either full blast or "mild" at the very lowest end.

I love this grill for the following reasons:
-easy to use, and performs grilling very well with its two zone element options
-small footprint for storage, the folding shelves really help
-Nice alternative design to the stainless types
